FAQ

  • 1.How to perform maintenance on the equipment?

.Check the lubrication status of mechanical transmissions, gears, bearings, racks, sliders, guide rails, and ball screws. Check if there are any jamming or abnormal noise in ball screws, guide rail sliders, lifting components, and spindle motors.

.For the vacuum pump, check the oil level, add special vacuum pump oil in a timely manner, and replace the air intake filter element.

.Return the robot to zero position before powering off, and check and replace damaged suction cups.

.Manually pump oil to check if the oil pump pressure is in the green normal range and if there is any oil leakage.

.Check if the guide rail dust cover is damaged and leaking. If it is damaged and leaking, be sure to replace the dust cover in a timely manner, clean the installation position, and apply waterproof glue properly.

.Apply grease to all gears, racks, and sprockets.

.All chains need to be tensioned.

.For vulnerable parts of the drilling machine, such as rotary joints and their oil seals, replace them immediately if water leakage occurs.

.Check and replace vulnerable positioning parts such as positioning blocks and backup wheels.

.Inspect all electrical cabinets and boxes, ensure their doors are closed, and block any extra openings. This is to prevent rats from biting the wires and causing the machine to malfunction.

.Check external wires and electrical components for damage, exposure, dampness, water contact, etc.

.Inspect all water circuits and use an air gun to blow out the accumulated water inside. Check if the air circuits are normal. Wipe the entire machine clean, clear the glass debris on the machine table and in the water tank, and close the nearby doors and windows to prevent rainwater from entering the electrical cabinet.

.If there is a holiday, be sure to manually start and idle all hollow shaft motors of the drill spindles for 30 minutes at a speed of 1000 rpm. This is to prevent the motors from being stuck by glass powder and failing to work normally when the machine is started after the holiday.
